During my recent business trip to Dong Hoi, my director chose Paradise Hotel for our stay. I must say, this hotel offers various recreational opportunities that made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day, and the fitness center had state-of-the-art equipment to ensure I didn't miss my workout routine. Additionally, the hotel had an on-site spa that offered relaxing treatments, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day of meetings.
Nothing to fault.

Clean, big rooms, no problems with water. It was a little damp, but it was the rainy season. Very friendly staff, fluent in English. The location is chic, the caves are very convenient to reach.

Newer hotel in the center of town with jaw-dropping, big clean rooms. Super powerful air conditioning for the hot humid summer. Onsite management is mind-blowingly responsive to requests and can arrange tours, provide laundry service, breakfast, and other requests as appropriate. The view of the mountains from the front rooms is absolutely breathtaking!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We appreciated the hotel's location close to the caves and all the restaurants and shops. It was also convenient to have transportation easily accessible, as many buses stop nearby. We highly recommend D Arts restaurant, which is just a short walk from the hotel, for delicious food.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. , the location was convenient for exploring the area. They offered tours and transportation, and the breakfast was good.
The staff was pushy about purchasing tours and transportation, which made us uncomfortable. We felt like they were more interested in selling us something than ensuring our comfort.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of Paradise Hotel. The decoration was charming and had a traditional touch, making me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The children working there were extremely helpful and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With their assistance, I felt safe and supported throughout my vacation.
If there is one thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have handrails installed in the bathrooms. This small addition would provide extra support and stability, making it easier for seniors to navigate and ensuring their safety.

Great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even prepared an early breakfast for us when we had to catch an early bus.

The hotel is located in an area with many local eateries and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. It's also close to a great restaurant called D Arts. the hotel is conveniently located near the bus stops, making transportation easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with large bright windows and a comfortable bed. Breakfast is basic but good, and a great value.
Some guests have reported a money-grabbing mentality from the hotel, so it's important to be aware of your options and pricing.

The hotel was super clean and well maintained. It's located on the main street - close to where all the buses stop. The staff were really friendly and helpful - even offering to pick us up from the bus station and pay for our taxi. They also provided local insights and went out of their way to help us find a pharmacy. Plus - they offer private transport and motorbike rental.
Would definitely recommend.

As longer term business travelers, we were delighted with the facilities and amenities offered. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering early check-in and a late checkout. the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing our friend to use the hotel's shower even though she hadn't booked a room. the hotel's location on the main road made it convenient and easily accessible, while still being a tranquil haven away from the noise. And to top it all off, the rates were unbelievably affordable, making it the best choice in town.
Our experience at Paradise Hotel felt almost like being at home, as the staff made every effort to fulfill our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The receptionist, Ms. Lai, was especially kind and even offered to personally help me locate a nearby pharmacy. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed their coffee with milk. The rooms on the fourth floor had a nice view of the mountains in front and the powerful air conditioning kept the room nice and cool.
Everything was great and there was nothing that could be improved.

We had an amazing Easter holiday at a hotel located just a few steps away from the boats that take you to the stunning caves. the breakfast offered delicious options and the staff was always happy to help us rent a motorbike for a ride around town. the rooms were well equipped and very comfortable.
We found the mattress to be too soft for our liking and the walls were a bit thin, meaning we could hear our neighbors. Nevertheless, this was offset by the fantastic location and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist with any of our needs.
